The name proposed for a new school in the Saratoga Springs City School District has hit a philosophical snag.
The school board is undecided on whether to name the building after a person or place. As a result, School Superintendent Lawrence A. Zinn Wednesday said he has drafted a letter to board President Matthew Jones suggesting that a special committee be appointed to recommend names. The school, which is to open in September 1992, is located on Maple Avenue in Greenfield.
