Nomar Garciaparra has lost his mojo.
Just a minute ago he was a slugging superstar. A guy whose clutch hitting and memorable home runs carried the Dodgers into the 2006 playoffs and earned him a two-year, $18.5 million contract.
He had a nice April this season, batting .307 with 19 RBI.
And then his mojo disappeared. He woke up May 1, and it was gone.
