NSW: Police investigate fatal jet ski crash

SYDNEY, Dec 18 AAP - Police were today continuing investigations into a horrific jet
ski accident in Sydney's south-west yesterday that killed a woman and seriously injured
a man.

They were riding a jet ski together on the Georges River at Revesby when they crashed
into rocks at 3pm (AEDT), police said.

State Emergency Services personnel at a nearby picnic area raised the alarm and transported
paramedics to the scene.

The 33-year-old Earlwood woman was pronounced dead upon arrival at St George Hospital.

The 32-year-old Picnic Point man, who suffered a broken pelvis and internal injuries,
was in a stable condition.

Their names have not been released.
